Hi, I’m Komal Thorat, Principal Interior Designer at KO Interior Studio.

My journey in design began seven years ago in Mumbai, where I started out as a freelance designer working on small spaces, learning from every project, and slowly building the confidence to shape my own design path.

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work on both residential and commercial spaces. Every home taught me something about the people living in it, and every commercial project taught me how design can impact the way we work and interact. These experiences helped me understand one thing clearly, good design should feel natural, meaningful, and personal.

My style is simple, elegant, and detail-driven. I love creating spaces that are practical yet beautiful, warm yet refined. And above all, I make sure that each space reflects the personality, comfort, and lifestyle of the people who will use it.

With KO Interior Studio, my goal is to create spaces that feel like they belong to you, spaces that make you feel at ease, inspire you, and stay with you for years to come.
